1 Definitions

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on fk999. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within duplicate accounts.

When creating your fk999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials. fk999 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials confidential.
• Notify fk999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any registered details change.

fk999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, prior to a withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers a compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on fk999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant bank transfer, HBL, and USDT TRC20 for cryptocurrency users. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the Cashier section of your account.

• The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your fk999 PKR wallet within 30 seconds of a successful Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction. Bank transfers via Raast or HBL may take up to 15 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing time.
• fk999 does not charge fees for deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the account holder.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• fk999 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the account or platform level in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR and paid back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. fk999 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• Gold VIP tier and above: Within 15 minutes of approval.
• Standard accounts: Within 24 hours of approval.

Before a first withdrawal is processed, fk999 requires satisfactory KYC verification, including a government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of the payment method used. This is a one-time process for each account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• fk999 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a responsible gaming, fraud, or compliance review. In such cases, the player will be notified promptly.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to a player account, fk999 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount regardless of whether it has been wagered or withdrawn.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

fk999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free rounds, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply platform-wide unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are intended for the personal recreational use of the account holder only. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting offers through matched betting, systematic wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated tools — is prohibited.
• fk999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is cancelled due to suspected abuse, any associated winnings may be voided.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements after this period result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• VIP cashback earned through the fk999 loyalty programme is calculated on real money net losses only and is credited in PKR at the rate applicable to the player's current tier.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on fk999 — including live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), crash games, slots, and Cockfighting — operate according to the individual rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• Game outcomes on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) titles are determined by algorithms audited for fairness. fk999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealing round or betting period closes. Results cannot be reversed due to player connectivity issues, device failures, or misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a documented technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a fair result from being determined, fk999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's Real Money balance.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fk999:

• Registering a second account to circumvent a self-exclusion, account closure, or promotional restriction.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

fk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transaction patterns.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant account fees of up to PKR 200 per month may apply after this period as permitted by applicable policy.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

In the event of account closure due to Terms violation, fk999 reserves the right to void bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus funds. Real Money Funds will be returned to the originating payment method net of any applicable deductions where permitted by law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on fk999 — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of fk999 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fk999 content without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to fk999 for deployment on the Platform. Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use game content solely for personal recreational purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fk999 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming activity, whether arising from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or player error.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or banking institutions.

13 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR.
